James G. Arliss | Managing Director

Jim has over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry and is responsible for managing relationships with key limited partners in North America. He has been executing fund placements since 2007. Prior to joining Champlain, Jim worked as a Partner with CrossBay Capital Partners, a boutique placement firm. Prior to that, he worked as a Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers and a Director at Deutsche Bank Securities, specializing in the fixed income markets, including derivatives, international, corporate credit, government, mortgages and agencies. Jim received his B.S. from the University of Vermont.
